The second album of the Chamber Metropolitan Trio is a tribute to the French Lorraine region, its steel industry, its mines, and the nobility of the trades that make up this industry (miner, high-flying, steelmaker). Other artists before us had already had a similar reflection on the subject, Ravel and Victor Hugo in particular. This is explained through a text in the booklet.

The music used is inspired by these trades through the ages and eras that have left their mark on the region. This inspiration represents a common thread among other influences such as Japan, its history and thought, and French and European music of the 20th century.

The music of the Chamber Metropolitan Trio is open to all audiences, creative, subtle, precise and demanding.
